Shorter in length than expected

The quality of the leather is good but the jacket runs small and is shorter that I expected.
Order at least 1 size up.

Such great customer service!

I ordered one jacket in the wrong size and was able to swiftly exchange it for another style in a larger one. Both jackets were great quality. I did need to shorten the sleeves and the fit was a little more boxy than it appeared on line, but by and large it’s a great jacket.
